Baked Tilapia with Persian Lime Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 6oz. Tilapia Filets
  • 4 Tbsp. Oliva! Persian Lime Olive Oil plus oil for brushing
  • 1 cup Crème Fraiche
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime Zest

Directions:

  1. Brush each filet with Oliva! Persian Lime Olive Oil. Bake approximately 6 minutes at 350 degrees in preheated oven. Check for doneness.
  2. For sauce, whisk together 1 cup crème fraiche and 4 Tbsp. Oliva! Persian Lime Olive Oil and 1 Tbsp. lime zest.
  3. Top each filet with sauce and serve with roasted sweet potato wedges and salad.
