Easy Marinated Traditional Balsamic Baked Chicken


  • 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Oliva! Traditional Balsamic
  • 1/4 cup Oliva! Extra Virgin Olive Oil- any variety
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Rosemary, optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients, except chicken in a mixing bowl, and whisk together for one minute.
  2. Lay chicken breasts side-by-side in a baking dish and pour the contents of mixing bowl on top.  Marinade for 10 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes at 450 degrees.  Pairs well with corn and red skinned potatoes.
