Sesame Ginger Crusted Tuna Steaks


  • 6 Tbsp. Victoria Taylor’s Toasted Sesame Ginger seasoning
  • 6 tuna steaks, 8 ounces each
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Oliva! Toasted Japanese Sesame Oil


  1. Press 1 tablespoon of Toasted Sesame Ginger onto each steak, covering all sides.
  2. Add Sesame Oil to a hot skillet, and cook the steaks on all sides.
  3. For medium-rare steaks, limit the cooking time to less than 6 minutes total.
