- 6 Tbsp. Victoria Taylor’s Toasted Sesame Ginger seasoning
- 6 tuna steaks, 8 ounces each
- 1-2 Tbsp. Oliva! Toasted Japanese Sesame Oil
- Press 1 tablespoon of Toasted Sesame Ginger onto each steak, covering all sides.
- Add Sesame Oil to a hot skillet, and cook the steaks on all sides.
- For medium-rare steaks, limit the cooking time to less than 6 minutes total.
