Smoky Paprika Short Ribs


  • 2 slabs of pork ribs
  • 2 Tblsp Oliva! Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tblsp Oliva! Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  • 6-8 Tblsp Victoria Gourmet Smoky Paprika Seasoning
  • 3 Tblsp of water

Whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  Pour 1/2 into pan.  Cover both sides of slab of ribs with the Smoky Paprika Seasoning rub.  Place ribs, bone up, into large roasting pan. Cover with remaining olive oil & balsamic mixture.  Pour in water.  Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 3 hours or until meat is falling off of bone.
