Smoked Chaabani Fused Olive Oil

Great for the grill, this smoky & hot chaabani pepper olive oil is made by crushing 2,200 lbs. of olives with 88 lbs. of chaabani peppers.

Amazing on meat, seafood, and vegetables. Mix into a homemade BBQ sauce for a little added heat and a nice smoky flavor. A great marinate for chicken wings and steak!

Pairs well with Pineapple White Balsamic (summertime grilling staple) and Espresso Balsamic.

Description

Our Smoked Chaabani Fused Olive Oil is made with Chaabani peppers that are dried and smoked in kilns using olive wood. Very smoky and spicy, this oil is made by grinding the peppers together with the olives at the time of the crush.

This oil is crafted in a small batch of 1,000 kg of olives & 40 kg of peppers. The end result is incredible on grilled seafood, drizzled over hummus, and as an overnight marinade for meats!

Pairs well with Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic or our Espresso Balsamic.
