Asian Cucumber Salad

 2 cucumbers, sliced thin
 1 tbsp sugar
 2 tsp soy sauce
 ½ tsp salt
 sesame seeds
 red pepper flakes

Lay sliced cucumbers on paper towels to remove some of the moisture.

In a small bowl, whisk together Olíva! Pinot. Noir Wine Vinegar, Toasted Sesame Oil, sugar, soy sauce, and salt until fully emulsified. Stir in your preferred amount of sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.

Drizzle over sliced cucumbers and toss until fully coated. Enjoy!
