Chipotle Espresso Marinated Steak

 2 steaks of your choice
 2 tsp brown sugar
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 clove garlic, minced
 salt & pepper

Combine Olíva! Chipotle Olive Oil, Olíva! Espresso Dark Balsamic, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Whisk together until emulsified.

Season both steaks liberally with coarse salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
Place the steaks into the marinade and coat evenly. Marinate for 25 minutes.

Preheat a cast iron skillet or your outdoor grill to a medium high heat.
Cook steaks for 3-5 minutes per side for medium rate.
Remove steaks from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
Slice and serve immediately!
