Sweet and peppery, these grilled shrimp are super quick to make and are a great healthy meal for family and friends! Our Pepper Olive Oil & Mango White Balsamic marinade adds the perfect touch of flavor to this dish without overpowering the beautiful flavor of the shrimp. Marinate your shrimp before hand and have them ready to throw onto the grill! Pair these delicious shrimp with fresh diced pineapple and a salsa verde to serve up in a taco!
Burgers
 1 lb peeled & deveined shrimp (usually about 15 small, 10 jumbo)
 5 wooden or metal grilling skewers
 1 ½ tbsp Olíva! Madagascar Black Pepper Olive Oil for brushing the burgers
 salt & pepper

In a bowl, marinate your shrimp with the Olíva! Madagascar Black Pepper Olive Oil & Mango White Balsamic.

Add salt & pepper to your liking.

Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

While your shrimp marinate, preheat your grill to medium heat.

Thread your shrimp onto your skewers so they are evenly spread out.

Cook your shrimp on the grill for about 2 - 3 minutes per side, or until they are pink & opaque. They don't take long at all!

Serve alone as a main protein!

Or serve in a taco with fresh diced pineapple and a beautiful salsa verde!
